Cancellation and refund policy from Cherry Tree Lodge to event and retreat participants

In our experience getting a financial commitment up front from participants significantly reduces cancellations. However, they do still occur and it is important to be upfront with the implications of participants cancelling both from us to you and from you to your participants. Our offer to you in a cancellation situation will depend on the reason and how close to the event it is. If it is outside the 10 week period leading up to the event then we are happy to provide a refund in full. If it is inside the 10 week period and the beds are subsequently sold then again we are happy to offer a full refund. If you/we are unable to sell the beds then there is no refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a free place for the named individual on a future workshop of yours held at Cherry Tree Lodge..
